El Cuarteto del Amor (The Quartet of Love) claims love for what simply is, singing in the streets, squares, fairs, markets, homes, businesses, gardens full of families, playing and singing serenades, touching the hearts of people, focusing directly in society. It is a vocal and instrumental style, covering swing, bolero, rumba, foxtrot, the typical ranchera, among others, all composed, arranged and performed musically old-fashioned, dressed like the 20 ' s or 30's, with Boater Straw hat, Panama hat, Bowler hat and Tango hat, wearing their ribbons classical or sport. Oldies such as "Amapola," "Solamente Una Vez" (“Only Once”), “Mariposa Consentida” ("Butterfly Consent") "Rumba Internationale", “Usted” ("You"), the world famous "Sh-Boom" or "Piel Canela" (“Cinnamon Skin”), but mainly focuses on original songs as composed by Andres Lazaroff, “Al Lado de Ti” ("Beside You"), “Bella Flor” ("Beautiful Flower"), “Por Siempre” ("Forever"), “Alas” ("Wings"), the popular success by Lazaroff and Diego Oroño the "Melon Melocotón" as well as the wonderful ranchera by Nash Coll “No Me Faltes Nunca Más Amor" (“Don´t be Cruel with me, Babe”)

The first time this group appeared on the street was on July 25th, 2011, in front of the Church of La Merced in Rivadavia and May 25th Street, full pedestrian of Cordoba, Argentina, under the palms of, the quartet called, “EL COCONUT ARENAS” ("The Sandy Coconut").
After months playing Andres Lazaroff would think back to Montevideo, Uruguay, which is his country of birth and origin, and there installed El Cuarteto del Amor (Montevideo) being thus formed two quartets working simultaneously in two different cities.
Today, both quartets work SIMULTANEOUSLY through the streets of two different cities, Cordoba and Montevideo, generating enthusiasm, who goes courting, gladdening the hearts of many people, everywhere, singing of love.
